1、 Requirements for processing and connecting spiral air ducts:
1) Single wall spiral air duct with diameter ≤ 600mm shall be connected by core pipe plugging and Self-tapping screw, and angle steel flange shall be used for connection with diameter > 600mm.
2) Double wall spiral air ducts with a diameter less than 650mm are connected with mechanical flanges, while those with a diameter greater than or equal to 650mm are connected with angle steel flanges.
2、 General regulations for processing double wall spiral air ducts:
1) The galvanized sheet of the outer spiral air duct is hot-dip galvanized, and the thickness of the outer galvanized sheet is the same as that of the single wall spiral air duct.
2) The inner layer plate is a perforated galvanized sheet with a thickness of 0.55mm, and the perforation rate should be above 30%.
3) The middle insulation layer adopts Glass wool with thickness of 25mm and density of 32kg/m3 as insulation and sound absorption, and is externally bonded with carbonized non-woven fabric.
3、 Single wall spiral air duct processing:
The steel strip rack is equipped with rolled thin steel strips. The thin steel strips enter the pressing and forming work section through a cutting and welding mechanism, and the forming work head (special mold) locks the ventilation pipeline into shape according to the specified pipe diameter. The formed spiral tube is continuously processed along the finished frame, extended forward, and the mobile saw cuts and rolls the circular spiral ventilation tube according to the required size. Then unload from the finished product rack and place it in the finished product area, numbered according to the system.
